Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Carry out established treatment plans and modify exercises as appropriate
Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Alabama PTA license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
Team-oriented, proactive mindset
