FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice.

Base salary: $90,000–$130,000, dependent on experience

Role Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality care
Carry an outpatient caseload while providing clinical leadership
Coach, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
Uphold excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
Support clinic growth through strategic initiatives and performance improvement
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
Monitor and report key performance indicators
Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive and high-performing clinic culture
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
At least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong clinical interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehab
Organized, self-driven, and collaborative leadership approach
Commitment to developing and mentoring clinical teams
