About this role

We’re growing our kitchen teams and are looking for passionate, reliable people to join us across odd saint and Margo’s. We have opportunities from Kitchen Porters through to Chef de Partie, and are open to both experienced chefs and those starting out in hospitality who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.


About the Roles

We are recruiting across all levels, including:


Kitchen Porters

You’ll support the kitchen team by keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone wanting a start in hospitality and keen to grow their skills over time.


Commis Chefs 

You’ll assist with prep, support service, follow recipes and standards, and work closely with senior chefs. A great next step for cooks wanting more structure, development and consistency.


Chef de Partie

You will confidently run a section during service, maintain food standards, assist with training junior team members, and help deliver a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
