Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service as they enter the ice bar.
- Assist guests with putting on warm clothing, including jackets and gloves, to ensure their comfort in sub-zero temperatures.
- Educate guests about the ice bar experience, highlighting the unique features and the captivating ice sculptures created by talented artists.
- Serve a variety of ice-cold beverages in specially crafted ice glasses, showcasing your bartending skills while engaging with guests.
- Monitor and manage guest flow, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the ice bar and reception.
- Collaborate closely with the team to continuously enhance the ice bar experience and contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain a diverse range of guests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Bartending or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
