We’re part of Future Hospitality Group (FHG), a leading local operator with six unique venues. Our vision is simple: to push the boundaries of hospitality, exceed guest expectations, and raise the bar for what is possible.
We are looking for a full-time Front of House Team Member to bring energy, personality, and professionalism to our service team. This role is hands-on, guest-focused, and central to delivering the vibrant odd saint experience.
What You'll Do
- Greeting & hosting; welcoming every guest with warmth and making them feel at home.
- Table service; taking orders confidently, upselling menu items, and ensuring food & drinks are delivered promptly.
- Cash handling & POS; managing orders and payments with accuracy.
- Maintaining service flow; working closely with your teammates to keep the floor running smoothly during busy brunch and lunch periods.
- Venue presentation; ensuring odd saint always looks its best, from table resets to coffee station setup.
- Guest connection; building rapport so guests feel like they’ve made a new friend by the time they leave
- Hospitality standards; upholding host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG’s service standards
- Barista service (not essential but a bonus); preparing and serving consistently excellent coffees and beverages.
Who You Are
- A people person – approachable, friendly, and genuine.
- A strong team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently excellent service.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach – every day brings something different.
