About this role
Tucked beneath Margo’s in the heart of Queenstown, Little Mez is Queenstown's underground cocktail bar; an intimate hideaway where the lights are low, the music is just right, and every drink is a work of art. Known for our premium tequila and mezcal selection, bold flavours, and warm, welcoming vibe, we’re searching for a Bartender who can bring the magic both behind the bar and out on the floor.
What you’ll be doing
- Shake, stir, and pour exceptional cocktails that keep our guests coming back for “just one more.”
- Move seamlessly between bar service and floor service, owning the guest experience from first hello to final farewell.
- Share your passion for agave spirits, guiding guests through our hero cocktail list and premium selections.
- Keep service running smoothly with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised bar and floor environment that reflects our high standards.
What we’re looking for
- A skilled bartender with solid cocktail experience and the confidence to engage guests at the bar or at their table.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intimate setting and delivers with professionalism, warmth, and a touch of flair.
- Knowledgeable in premium spirits or eager to learn from the best.
