These AI Teammates can practically automate any insurance workflow involving processing unstructured documents, data entry into internal systems or web portals, or even making phone calls. About the role
Role Details Location: San Francisco, CA. This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work. Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $150,000–$220,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits

What You’ll Do
Own the entire product design process : user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week).

5+ years designing products.
Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions
Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions
Bonus: experience in consumer/prosumer startups
