GENERAL FUNCTION

As the keyholder, your role is elevated by the ability to be responsive to store needs and deliver thoughtful and authentic customer service. You will be joining an organization that leads with passion and energy and the ability to multitask while prioritizing and building a client relationship. MAJOR DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for achieving individual sales goals and clientele goals set by store management.
  • Responsible for opening/closing of store, cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and paperwork
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the store while complying with company policies and procedures
  • Develop customer relationships and nurture repeat business
  • Have computer skills to operate the POS register and email systems
  • Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention program
  • Maintain a professional, organized and well merchandised sales floor
  • Follow all store operational policies and procedures

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales/keyholder experience for luxury products
  • Ability to provide high performing client experience
  • Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit including being sales/goals driven
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated selling skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Must be able to lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/down stairs with or without a ladder.
