The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.</span></div><div><br></div><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><div><br></div><h4><strong>Marketing Management</strong></h4><p>Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals</p><p>Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, and lead generation</p><p>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, product) for integrated marketing efforts</p><p>Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports</p><p>Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines</p><div><br></div><h4><strong>Social Media Management</strong></h4><p>Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)</p><p>Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, campaigns)</p><p>Plan and execute social media campaigns and employer branding activities</p><p>Monitor engagement, comments, and messages; respond professionally and promptly</p><p>Track social media metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement</p><h4><strong>Content & Branding</strong></h4><p>Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms</p><p>Collaborate with designers and content creators for creatives and videos</p><p>Write compelling captions, marketing copies, and campaign messages</p><p>Support HR branding, hiring posts, and company culture highlights</p><hr><h3><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</p><p>Proven experience in marketing and social media handling</p><p>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics</p><p>Excellent communication and content-writing skills</p><p>Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics – preferred)</p><p>Creative mindset with analytical thinking</p><hr><h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3><p>Experience in fintech, startups, or tech-driven organizations</p><p>Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools</p><p>Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing</p><hr><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><p>Growth-oriented work environment</p><p>Opportunity to build and scale brand presence</p><p>Creative freedom and ownership of marketing initiatives</p><hr><p><br></p>
