What’s on offer?

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Grader Operator to join our established Civils team based in Hazelmere working on Projects across the state.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated intermediate experience operating Graders in Civil construction, roadworks, bulk earthworks, and/or airports.(why intermediate? Final trim for a senior grader op surly)

• A proactive attitude and the ability to lead and work cohesively as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to read and interpret plans (use LPS/UTS/GPS).
• Reliable, safety-focussed attitude with good communication skills.(team driven and be willing to mentor younger ops).
• Be willing to operate other plant and labour as required.
• Current White Construction Card, HR licence, and valid Drivers’ Licence.
