We’re searching for a high-achieving Renewals Manager who’s confident stepping into a complex, fast-paced environment and keen to prove themselves at the top level. Working closing with the Contract Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the forward works programme within the Bay of Plenty operations.

In addition to the above you will have: 

  • Experience in renewals (either road maintenance, resurfacing or construction)

  • Strong communication skills and people focused approach

  • Ability to independently plan across our annual programme, prioritise and take initiative

  • Knowledge of underlying engineering principles and legislation that represent good practice with NZ civil

  • Experience in and understanding of project management principles

  • Understanding of traffic management planning

  • Experience in using AWM (RAMM) – preferred

  • Appropriate tertiary level qualifications - Bachelor of Civil Engineering
