We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Quarry Operator to join our Poplar Lane site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a hardworking and supportive team.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for safely operating, monitoring and maintaining our fixed crushing and screening plant. This role requires strong attention to detail, good mechanical awareness, and a commitment to safe site practices. You will have basic mechanical skills, a strong work ethic and a keen eye for safety and efficiency.
Our ideal candidate will be an all rounder operator, someone who has mobile plant, dumper, excavator and bulldozer experience. You will have proven experience operating a crusher on high producing crush & screen equipment.
About you
In addition to previous machinery operation experience, our ideal candidates will also have:
A Full Class 2 licence.
WTR are advantageous
A good level of physical fitness as this is a hands on role
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
Strong mechanical aptitude
Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
