Join the Canterbury Quarries Customer Service Team!

We are looking for a keen individual to join our quarries customer service team in Christchurch as a weighbridge operator. In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers across a variety of our fixed quarry sites.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Control incoming deliveries and outgoing sales.
  • Processing dockets and ensuring customer orders are filled and dispatched on time.
  • Handle customer queries, while building and maintaining positive relationships with all customers.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to be a strong team player with a positive can do attitude
  • Ability to work rostered Saturday’s and flexible with early starts
  • Flexibility to work across all our fixed quarry and retail sites
  • Great social and communication skills
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • A proactive approach to Health and Safety - it’s our #1 priority
  • Confidence when working under pressure
