What’s on offer?

We are seeking a Project Administrator to compliment our dynamic Civils team based in Hazelmere Perth, WA.

You will play an essential role by providing general and varied administrative support including but not limited to:

  • Daily collection and checking of site-based documents including subcontractor/supplier dockets and invoices.
  • Processing month end, including data entry, reporting and client invoice preparation.
  • Procurement tasks including raising purchase orders.
  • Processing accounts payable documents.
  • Assisting with client liaison, mobilisation, inductions and onboarding requirements.
  • Minute taking and distribution.

To be successful, you will demonstrate an administration/accounts background with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  You will pride yourself on your excellent communication and customer service skills, task management and proactive attitude. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently and exhibit strong attention-to-detail, with a focus on quality outcomes.
