We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Engineers, Project Managers and a Maintenance Contract Manager to join our Central Otago team.
About the Opportunities:
- Oversee technical delivery of significant civil projects such as highways, bridges, renewables, water infrastructure.
- Manage high-value infrastructure projects, overseeing quality, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with clients, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Take ownership of contract management, risk assessment, pricing and on-site safety.
- Implement best-practice construction and maintenance methodologies.
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (civil, mechanical, project management or other relevant quals) and industry experience (requirements vary by role)
- Experienced Project Engineers/Managers or Maintenance Contract management with a strong background in major infrastructure delivery.
- Commitment to safety, strong reliability and a practical, can-do mindset
- Leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Desire to learn, build new skills and be a ‘good sort’ in a collaborative team
- Respect for others and pride in your work
