In this role, you will be responsible for helping deliver work for our customers safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard.
In addition to the above you will:
- Carry out repairs to pavements and drainage as required
- Drive and operate plant and machinery in a professional manner
- Ensure all plant and machinery under your control is correctly maintained and inform management if repairs are required
- Follow general instructions as set out by your manager

We’re looking for someone with:
- Current Class 1 Driver Licence (needed on day one)
- Current Class 2 & W,T,R endorsements preferable (we can help you get these if you don’t have them)
- Experience in pavement and drainage construction preferrable
- An appreciation of safety in the workplace
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- Be physically fit and motivated
- Basic technology skills, including operating an iPad

- The General Hand / Machine Operator will be responsible for delivering work safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include carrying out repairs to pavements and drainage, operating machinery, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.
