Job responsibilities:
- Design and oversee construction projects for data center facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop detailed engineering plans and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols during construction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Evaluate and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance data center performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation to management and clients.

Job requirements:
-Experience: Over 5 years of experience in construction companies, including at least 3 years in data center project construction.
-Project Background: Involved in at least 2 single-building IDC or AIDC projects of 15MW or higher, with delivery experience of 10,000+ racks.
-Industry Experience: Experience in data center construction at third-party Colo providers or construction companies.
