Growth Initiatives Lead, Wayfinders Consulting Europe (f/m/d)

Your role will involve:
As the Growth initiatives Lead for Europe Wayfinders, you will support the Europe Wayfinders’ Co-CEOs and Leadership Team to operate at peak effectiveness in the management, execution, and acceleration of the Wayfinders’ growth agenda in Europe.
Reporting directly to a Europe Wayfinders’ Co-CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, driving, and tracking growth and business development related activities, whist acting as a key connector – bridging leadership with customers, partners, and internal teams.
You will stay abreast of critical internal and external priorities, and use this knowledge to prioritize activity, ensure alignment with key stakeholders and create high-quality content for both internal meetings and external engagements. You will also help decide the priorities and agendas for key meetings, as well as governing the minutes and actions.
You will be responsible for:
Development and Management of Growth Initiatives
Coordinating the development of key customer leads, including preparing and following-up on central C-level customer appointments. This requires close collaboration with Marketing and country Sales and Account Teams to ensure alignment.
Supporting the build-up, management, and tracking of Wayfinders’ opportunity pipeline (from lead generation to closure)
Analyzing market trends and emerging client needs to support the creation of growth initiatives that position Wayfinders as a trusted advisor for strategic technology transformation.
Collaborating with Wayfinders consultants and portfolio owners to ensure effective development and management of advisory offerings, from conception to market readiness.
Preparation, Execution, and Follow-up of Meetings
Preparing, conducting, and documenting internal meetings for the development and qualification of customer leads, governing minutes and actions.
Supporting the planning and content creation for customer meetings that drive Wayfinders’ growth.
Creating concise, data-driven management documents, presentations, and decision templates for internal and external stakeholders.
Alignment & Support of the Co-CEOs Wayfinders Europe
Supporting the Co-CEOs in pipeline management and the development of capabilities required to sell and scale Wayfinders offerings.
Coordinating and preparing content and materials for internal and external engagements, including with executive audiences, leadership teams and regional and HQ stakeholders.
Managing an effective stakeholder plan, along with relevant briefing papers and external and internal engagements.
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and special projects.
