Job Description

What You’ll Do

 

• Owns end-to-end readiness for all campaigns across preparation, planning, and operations• Drives cross-functional alignment, proactively identify and mitigate risk, and embed lessons learned into future cycles to improve speed, quality, and execution outcomes• Develops and ensures campaign readiness in alignment with all relevant functions within the organization regarding campaign readiness (e.g., quality and schedule)• Drives implementation of process improvements; measures impact and institutionalizes effective changes• Owns daily management and communication of campaign(s) task progress and issues to ensure timely readiness• Establishes and maintains a standardized risk management framework, while proactively implement mitigation actions for high/critical risks• Strengthens collaboration with key stakeholders through effective cross-functional communication and coordination• Establishes and executes a communications plan to inform and involve each stakeholder group (channels, frequency, content, owners)• Proactively raises and resolves cross-functional conflicts or misalignments; escalates per defined thresholds with clear options and recommendations• Tracks stakeholder commitments and deliverables; follows up to remove barriers and to ensure on-time completion• Continuous improvement, escalation and mitigation of campaign readiness issues• Other duties, as assigned

 

Basic Requirements

 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 12 years of applicable industry experience OR• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar field with 8 years of applicable industry experience• Experience with project management methods and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, risk analysis, progress tracking)

 

Preferred Requirements

 

• Master’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar field 6 years of applicable industry experience• 4 + years of relevant work experience in a cGMP or similar regulated environment• Experience working with a wide range of data analytics architectures• Experience with Drug Substance biopharmaceutical manufacturing

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

 

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to discern audible cues
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds
  • Will work in heights greater than 4 feet
