Position Overview

The Sr. Manufacturing Project Lead, Analytics provides data analytics support to Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) operations to include technology transfer, creation and tracking of various tier key performance indicators (KPIs) and projects requiring quantitative, data driven decisions. This role also includes creating and managing the visualization of data via tools such as Tableau and Power Bi.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

 

• Supports operational readiness and DSM manufacturing operations with project support and data analytics• Establishes timelines, plans, and oversees configuration of maintenance of DSM data dashboards• Escalates risks and tracks milestone progress while ensuring cross functional communication to key stakeholders• Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for the development and management of DSM KPIs• Supports trend analysis of key process parameters via heat maps and other tools• Provides education and training on use and interaction with dashboards and visualization software• Lead cross-functional, complex projects• Manufacturing change controls and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)• Operational readiness initiatives• Short flow investigations and Alert/action limits• Manufacturing production schedule improvements and new product integration• Continuous improvement, escalation and mitigation of manufacturing issues• Technology transfer manufacturing deliverables• Assist in regulatory inspections and audits• Other duties, as assigned

 

Basic Requirements

 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 12 years of applicable industry experience OR• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of applicable industry experience OR• Master’s degree 6 years of applicable industry experience 

 

Preferred Requirements

 

• Master’s degree 6 years of applicable industry experience• Experience working with a wide range of data analytics architectures• Prior biologics drug substance manufacturing experience

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

 

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to discern audible cues
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds
  • Will work in heights greater than 4 feet
