About this role

Position Overview

The role of the Customer Service & Marketing Associate based in China is to coordinate and support Fujifilm Dimatix Sales and Marketing activities. The sales administration functions will involve support of China and some Asia based OEM accounts with pricing, orders, shipments, payments, forecasts, etc and liaison with the Dimatix Customer Service department. The marketing functions will include supporting trade shows, advertising, promotions, etc. for China market.  Position will work remote and in Shanghai office.  Travel is required to support customer meetings and tradeshow/conferences.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Working with Customer Service and Customer on Account Set up and order/FOC Paperwork
  • Forecast, order, pricing and Payment Follow up
  • Logistics and customs clearance support
  • Forecast, order, and payment chasing
  • Logistics and customs clearance support
  • Order and Shipment tracking (and elated information) with China and other Asian Customers
  • Other Purchase Order related information tracking
  • Customer Visit Support
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Reservations and ticket booking

Marketing Administration Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Trade Show set up and communication and Forum Field Support
  • Assist with Advertising and Promotion
  • Assist with Website/Wechat operation & maintenance: Company Files translation and updates
  • Assist with (Advanced) short-video shooting and editing

China Team Support:

                Support China Team with paperwork

                                Preparing documents, presentation and other materials

                                Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

REQUIRED:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in related industry or international trade
  • Ability to multitask

  • High School Diploma or GED/Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in English
