Our Institutional Partnerships team is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving open access publishing sector, enabling Frontiers’ close collaborations with leading universities, funders, consortia, libraries, and other research organisations – making it easier for their researchers to publish open access. We are building for scale by transforming our traditional B2C strengths into a dynamic B2B strategy.
The Role
The Sales Operations Specialist, Institutional Partnerships supports the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our sales operations. This position promotes the team’s efficiency by maintaining clear, consistent, and up-to-date process documentation and training materials to guide team workflows. It also supports broader sales enablement efforts by helping safeguard data quality, facilitating the rollout of new systems and processes and assisting with Salesforce operations.
Reporting to the Excellence & Innovation Manager, the Sales Operations Specialist acts as the operational anchor for sales enablement, helping translate structured processes into daily practice and ensuring the tools, systems, and documentation needed for effective collaboration are in place.
