Overview

The Program Manager IV manages the overall execution of the project and coordination of the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, supporting project delivery and aligning with the company’s overall goals.


Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans
Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects
Assess, plan, and engage project resources as needed throughout the life of the project
Understanding of Earner Value Management
Communicate the project plan, including objectives and responsibilities, to the project team
Communicate with the customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings
Drive project delivery and ensure excellence in project deliverables
•Assist with proposal formation
Maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current
Manage and oversee all aspects of customer service including scheduling

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (12) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (6) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD.
  • Business / Commerce (Bachelor's degree) or Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $114,500 - $145,500 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
