Job Summary:
Works as part of a first-of-its-kind digital engineering group at Inception Health. Delivers greenfield mobile products and contributes to shaping our engineering culture as we continue to build a resilient, cross-functional engineering team. This role focuses on developing high-quality mobile experiences while leveraging foundational knowledge in native iOS and Android development and applying cross-platform technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform. Inception Health aspires to maintain a full-stack engineering culture to align with our philosophy of empowering engineers to contribute across the technology stack, with mobile engineers helping deliver member- and provider-facing experiences that are performant, reliable, and accessible. Works as part of a first-of-its-kind digital engineering group at Inception Health. Delivers greenfield products as well as shapes our engineering culture, as we build a thriving engineering team focused on delivering a data-driven and experience-focused digital service to our members, community, and providers. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of Engineering experience of software programming, experience in a modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, Golang, etc.
Mastery of one or more technical domains and is regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) among peers and mentors others.
Efficient at decomposing requirements into engineering tasks within an issue tracker such as Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues/Project, etc.
Proficient at debugging production issues using observability tools.
Comfortable creating and reviewing component or system architecture designs that conform to industry best practices.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree; in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health
Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $49.15- $84.07. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
