Responsibilities:

• Further development and standardisation of global SAP QM, PP and supply chain processes, including relevant interfaces
• Support and co-design of digital transformation initiatives to increase efficiency and transparency
• Advising business units and coaching SAP rollouts in the QM and PP environment
• Configuring and further developing the SAP system (QM, PP and related modules), including coordinating external consultants
• Taking on project and sub-project management roles in international SAP and process projects
• Training and coaching local and global key users and coordinating 
• Tests and projects
• Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support, including ticket, change and KPI tracking
• Designing, standardising and providing global dashboards and management evaluations

Qualifications:

• Completed degree, e.g. in business administration, mechanical engineering, chemistry or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the SAP QM/PP environment as well as in supply chain or operations processes
• Very good SAP skills, ideally in QM and PP as well as related modules (e.g. MM, etc.)
• Experience in global projects and in translating technical requirements into SAP solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Structured, analytical approach to work and a high affinity for process optimisation (Lean/Six Sigma an advantage)
• Very good English and German skills and willingness to travel for international projects
