Responsibilities:

• Ensure appropriate monitoring of the program and the batch production standard in each of the processes.
• Ensure the implementation of production within the parameters specified for each piece vs. Processes identified in area.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan
• Cover feedstock requirements in the area identified by the areas requisitioning and storage components.
• Ensure and maintain product quiality according to customer requirements.
• Implement response plans if necessary. (Part out of spec).
• Application of the 5s within your workpace.</li><li>Support the staff training program established under him ILUO system.</li><li>Identify and communicate to their immediate supervisor prolems within their area and to propose areas for improvement within the activities and functios performed.</li><li>Managing leave, holidays and punishments operational staff under his charge, to report the existing issues within their workday.</li><li>Alignment and attachment to the Internal Regulation of Employment and Collective Bargaining Agreement set by the organization.</li><li>Follow safety procedures.</li><li>Communicate to the Safety and Health any unsafe confditions.</li><li>Develop staff potential</li><li>Update and monitor board waiting jobs on daily production meeting and report to any default or delay BUM (Panel 4 Ms)
• Follow up on projects within his area turn
• Being promoter of continuos improvement in his team

Qualifications:

• Completed high school desirable technical career o career production processes in order.
• 3 years experiece in industry, automotive industry experience Productivity. Conflict management, effective negotiation and Leadership basic. Knowledge in ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001, SAP (basic)
