Responsibilities:
- Manual order entry
- Hit List- monitor supplier shipments and deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers by email or phone if issues arise
- Monitor email multiple times daily for supplier ASN’s
- Manage Problem Communications (PCs) and provide supporting documents
- Adjust rubber inventories
- Run MRP/Vendor Scheduling weekly and back up
- Track and manage overseas shipments
- Shipping and customer service back up
- Manage and keep in contact with Logistics Freight Forwarder
- Manage and issue AETC’s for expedite pick up and deliveries
- Review freight bills for errors from logistics company
- Maintain supplier release files
Qualifications:
- One to three months related experience and/ or training equivalent combination for education and experience.
- The ability to interpret customer requirements from written instructions.
- Good attendance.
- The ability to work in a team setting.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
