Responsibilities:

Head of Global Controlling for the Lead Center Fluid Power Industry

Leadership and further development of the company's own controlling team

Preparation and analysis of target/actual comparisons for sales, costs, profit and finances incl. recommendations for action

Further development and support of cost accounting systems (profit center accounting, standard cost planning, lean accounting)

Responsibility for the SAP CO module at the site (Local Process Owner and Key User)

Investment controlling including budgeting, reporting and profitability calculations

Representation of the interests of the lead center within the FST controlling

Coordination of planning and budget processes

Maintenance of the KPI system to control the lead center and achieve the company's goals

Early signalling of target deviations and development of countermeasures

Implementation of ad-hoc analyses on business management issues

Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory regulations

Qualifications:

Completed business studies or comparable studies

Extensive and qualified specialist knowledge in controlling as well as relevant professional experience

Technical knowledge is an advantage

Confident handling of standard MS applications

SAP knowledge of SAP R3 as well as knowledge of the SAP module CO

Fluent in German and English.

Experience in managing employees

Organizational skills, high flexibility and motivation

High degree of teamwork, independence, reliability and customer orientation
