Responsibilities:
Process Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive benchmarking of internal and external Warehouse & Kitting, SCM, Quality Management, and IT business processes
Global Collaboration: Drive global discussions on process and system utilization, facilitating knowledge exchange and best practice sharing across regions
Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems and business processes, leading implementation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead various Continuous Improvement Projects aimed at optimizing systems and processes
System Implementation Support: Provide support for future IT and Business System implementations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent field
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management, Business Process Management, or related areas
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (ERP/EWM) is required
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management
