Responsibilities:

As part of the annual planning process, the following are developed and compiled using specialist data:

o Medium-term forecast for the two years following the current year,
o Net sales plan and its monthly breakdown,
o Planned profit statement in a structure consistent with the accounting profit and loss statement and its monthly breakdown,
o Detailed cost plan and its monthly breakdown,
o Balance sheet plan
o Cost reduction program
o Headcount plan
o Extraordinary profit plan and its detailed breakdown, as well as its monthly breakdown
o Financial plan and its monthly breakdown
o Investment plan

• Development of indicators that record annual plan objectives and are also suitable for measuring their achievement.
• Foreign exchange plan and its monthly breakdown.
• Sales cost plan and its forecast for the next two years.
• Development and compilation of a business plan and medium-term forecasts.
• Preparation of weekly reports.
• Preparation of monthly quick reports, including short-term sales forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly and annual expected profit plans.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual reports with appropriate detail for the Vibracoustic system.
• Preparation of specific monthly, quarterly and annual reports for authorities and state administration organizations in accordance with Hungarian regulations.
• Preparation of the financial and accounting regulations of the Kft. and ensuring their compliance with the current Hungarian legislation.
• Complete general ledger accounting, supervision and regular control of the implementation of analytical accounting tasks, and issuance of accounting regulations.
• Preparation and management of regular statements (balance sheet, registration of budgetary and social security obligations, inventories, etc.) in accordance with the current Hungarian legal requirements and internal regulations.
• Performing operational financial tasks, keeping related records up to date.
• Performing cash management tasks (bank, cash register).
• Recording current accounts, performing related financial tasks.
• Recording budget obligations, performing related financial transactions.
• Handling and managing documents and documents proving the authenticity of accounting data in accordance with the regulations set out in the law and internal regulations, and regularly checking compliance with the relevant rules.
• Organizing and implementing closing work, preparing the balance sheet and its supplementary annexes.
• Providing data for the consolidation report.
• Maintaining and supervising cost management systems.
• Providing regular management tasks for SAP and other computer systems in use, operating the system, ensuring continuous maintenance, handling user problems, and taking action on solutions.
• Providing organizational training and programming tasks related to the planned further development of the SAP system.
• Managing the financial and controlling department and making decisions

Qualifications:

University degree in finance/economics. Several years of management experience as a financial and controlling manager. Excellent English skills.
