Responsibilities:

• Responsible for process management and governance of IT services within the value area
• Definition and implementation of IT services in value area
• Management of overall IT budget in value area
• Streamline IT services in value area. Achieve IT operational excellence.
• Lead the team in value area and establish a high-performance organization
• Create structure and sustainability
• Business Partnering: Consultancy for Vibracoustic management
• Management of incidents, problems and request fulfillment (1st and 2nd level)
• Responsible for crisis coping (MINC Management)
• Service Level Fulfillment
• Lifecycle Management
• Monitor external partners on operational level
• Contributes to establish a high-performance IT organization

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Substancial in Financial Management Systems, HCM Systems, Reporting Systems and Engineering Systems
• IT Application Portfolio Management (LeanIX)
• IT Service Management
• Substancial in business and corporate processes for automotive suppliers and IT service processes (ITIL)
• Proven leadership ability with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient Level in English, skills in an additional major language are welcome
