Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Act as a key advisor to operation business leaders and regional management, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, HR, and administrative teams to drive business performance, cost efficiency, and investment planning.
  • Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling

Financial Management

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for all business divisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

Shared Service Center Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate with the Indian Shared Service Center for all accounting-related activities.
  • Ensure alignment of accounting processes, data accuracy, and timely reporting.
  • Act as the key point of contact for issue resolution and process improvement between the Vietnam entity and the shared service team.

Internal Control & Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and enhance internal control systems across all functions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in finance operations and reporting.
  • Ensure audit readiness and follow up on audit findings and remediation plans.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Act as the legal representative of the Vietnam entity, authorized to sign contracts and represent the company in legal and administrative matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese corporate, labor, and tax laws.
  • Maintain statutory records and coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities.

Hands-On Leadership

  • Be actively involved in day-to-day finance operations and problem-solving.
  • Lead by example, working closely with the team on operational tasks and challenges.
  • Mentor and develop the finance, HR, and administration teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting; CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in internal control improvement, business partnering, and shared service coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese financial and legal regulations.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • Hands-on working style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
