What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for routine administrative support.

How You Will Make an Impact 

• Perform administration of the production stockroom, maintaining inventory levels, requisitioning, receiving of inventory and heavy data entry.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance parts, supplies, and tools.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Track inventory usage and adjust stock levels to support maintenance activities.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete parts and recommend disposition.
• Coordinate returns, warranty claims, or repairs of defective parts.
• Ensure parts availability for scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain organized inventory areas, bins, shelves, and tool storage systems.
• Assist in updating CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with part usage, costs, and stock levels.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance shop and manufacturing environment
• Experience using CMMS systems
• Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for identifying parts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the maintenance industry
• Intermediate skills in personal computers, data entry, email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently with little direct supervision
• Good interpersonal and clear communication skills
