As a Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC, you will play a critical role in building a future-ready talent engine across responsible countries and functions. Your focus will go beyond delivery — partnering closely with business and HR leaders to translate workforce strategy into scalable, high-quality hiring outcomes.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical commercial, technical operations, and corporate roles, strengthen local TA capability, and embedded data-driven, candidate-centric practices that support sustainable business growth.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Partnering
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs across assigned countries and functions to support hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Provide input on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring approaches within responsible markets.
- Translate business hiring plans into effective recruitment actions and pipelines.
- Support HR and TA transformation initiatives by applying regional and global frameworks in local recruitment delivery.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment across all levels, with focus on care enable business roles, corporate roles, and selected leadership or critical roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned requisitions and stakeholder groups.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality hiring outcomes, balancing speed, quality, cost, and candidate experience.
- Track and manage recruitment performance against agreed KPIs, including:
- Time to fill and time to shortlist
- Quality of hire indicators (where applicable)
- Hiring manager satisfaction
- Offer acceptance rate and candidate experience metrics
- Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder experience.
Talent Pipeline & Capability Building
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives in assigned markets.
- Contribute to succession planning and future capability discussions in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Data, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Use TA data and insights (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, market benchmarks) to support recruitment decisions.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with global TA policies, local labor regulations, and governance standards.
- Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives, sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Your profile:
- 5–8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally combining in-house / corporate TA with agency or embedded recruitment exposure.
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience in China (essential), with exposure to other APAC markets preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting commercial, corporate, and professional roles in fast-paced and matrixed environments.
- Experience working within regional or global TA operating models, with exposure to standardized processes or transformation initiatives.
- Proactive and delivery-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility for recruitment outcomes.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to manage expectations and follow governance.
- Business-aware and practical, able to align recruitment activities with business needs.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments while maintaining structure and discipline.
- Data-aware, with experience using recruitment metrics to guide actions and improvements.
- Curious about TA technology, tools, and market practices.
- Committed to strong candidate experience, inclusion, and sustainable talent pipelines.
- Collaborative and effective in working across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
