Inprocess control extrusion – VRC

We continuously want to improve the quality of life for our dialysis patients, worldwide and every day. Our plant in Vrsac is mainly oriented to produce hemodialysis bloodlines systems. Apart that, in our plant we produce PD sets and perform injection molding, as part of manufacturing bloodlines systems. In this role, you will be testing starting materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products in our plant in Serbia/Vrsac, which operates with a team of 1300 employees. The plant runs on a 7-day schedule, with four shifts daily. In this position you will report to the Quality department Head.
Tasks
- Performs tests of starting materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to approved analytical methods
- Works on laboratory instruments
- Enters test results into SAP
- Perform daily or periodic calibration of gauges and write reports on performed activities
- Responsible for the implementation of activities within the equipment qualification process
- Responsible for the implementation of activities within the method validation process
- You are in charge of creating a trend of test results / complaints or non-conformities
- Stores and archives the signed control documentation
- Maintains records and takes care of laboratory equipment / reagents
- Performs administrative tasks in the laboratory
Profile
Your personality is characterized by a high level of ability to perceive accurately and quickly.
The quality control technician is responsible for inspecting the product for quality assurance purposes. This position involves analyzing samples, measuring product characteristics, identifying defects and implementing corrective measures.
Minimum IV degree of vocational education (From the fields of: chemistry, pharmacy, veterinary, medicine, or other relevant professions)
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar jobs (in the same or similar jobs)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Computer skills - intermediate level
- English language - basic level
