About this role
Als Regionaler Außendienst Homecare (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die qualitativ hochwertige außerklinische Versorgung unserer Patienten in Ihrer Region sowie für die Gewinnung neuer Patienten und den Ausbau regionaler Netzwerke.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der außerklinischen Versorgung im Bereich Fresenius Kabi Homecare mit wirtschaftlichem Einsatz der erforderlichen Produkte
- Gewinnung von Patienten für die außerklinische Versorgungsstruktur bei Bestandskunden und potenziellen Neukunden
- Vertragskonforme Organisation und Durchführung von Patientenversorgungen in den Therapiefeldern Parenterale und Enterale Ernährung
- Beratung und Schulung zu unseren Dienstleistungen und Produkten
- Kommunikation und Netzwerk-Arbeit mit allen an Versorgungsprozessen Beteiligten (Ärzte, Apotheken, Pflegekräfte etc.)
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft oder vergleichbar
- Zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im pflegerischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Außendienst wünschenswert
- Medizinprodukteberater nach § 83 MPDG wünschenswert
- Marktkenntnisse im Homecare-Bereich und der ambulanten Versorgungsstruktur
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Umsatzorientierung
- IT-Kenntnisse: DHC, SAP, MS Office, CRM-Systeme
- Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative und Motivation
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit komplexe Informationen klar zu vermitteln
- Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Wohnort Coburg und Umgebung wünschenswert
