About this role
We’re looking for an ESPHORA Hub Lead (SAP S/4HANA Transformation)
Fresenius Medical Care is implementing ESPHORA, a global transformation program focused on harmonizing and standardizing core business processes, data, and systems using SAP S/4HANA.
We are seeking an experienced ESPHORA Hub Lead to coordinate the deployment of this solution across Central Europe and the Balkans, covering Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Poland.
Location: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic or Poland
Contract: Fixed-term until February 2027
About the Role
You will act as the main link between the central ESPHORA program and local business units. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth rollout of SAP S/4HANA locally — from readiness assessments, data migration, and process validation to testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure local teams are fully prepared while meeting regulatory and business requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the regional deployment of ESPHORA and act as the single point of contact for local markets
- Translate global requirements into clear local plans and timelines
- Conduct readiness assessments for people, processes, and systems
- Coordinate local key users, functional experts, and data owners
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements
- Track progress, manage risks, and report to governance bodies
- Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP or ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA and T2R experience is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and transactional reporting processes
- Proven ability to manage full deployment cycles from planning through go-live
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple countries
- Fluent in English; additional local languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
