About this role
- Vollzeit – Unbefristet – Mobiles Arbeiten teilweise möglich –
Für unser Research & Development Team suchen wir einen Engineer zur Neu- und Weiterentwickelung von Produktdesigns im Bereich medizinischer Einmalprodukte.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Entwicklung und Auslegung von medizinischen Einmalprodukten und deren Komponenten
- Projektmitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams (Produktmanagement, QM, RA) Zusammenarbeit mit externen den Produktionsstätten und externen Fertigungspartnern bezüglich Anforderungsaufnahme, Angebotseinholung, technische Abstimmung
- Erarbeitung von Produktanforderungen mit dem Produktmanagement & Umsetzung in standardkonforme Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung & Dokumentation von experimentellen Versuchen und der Design Verifikation (Funktionalität, Zuverlässigkeit, regulatorische Anforderungen)
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentation gemäß MDR / ISO 13485. Unterstützung Regulatory Affairs und QM: Technisches File, Kundenspezifikationen, Produktregistrierung, Produktänderungen, Risikoanalysen (FMEA)
Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Kunststofftechnik oder vergleichbare ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit medizintechnischen Produkte, Produktentwicklung und deren regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoffe (Materialauswahl, Fertigungsverfahren z.B. Spritzguss/Extrusion)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft
