Ihre Herausforderung im Detail
Sie unterstützen unser Team tatkräftig bei der Abrechnung mit den Krankenkassen
Zudem gehört die Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Versorgungsanzeigen und Therapiekostenaufstellungen zu Ihren verantwortungsvollen und vielfältigen Aufgaben
Des Weiteren bearbeiten Sie Retouren, Reklamationen und geben Aufträge frei
Mehr noch: Sie kümmern sich eigenständig um die Stammdatenpflege, Auftragsbearbeitung, das Rezeptmanagement sowie die Archivierung von Dokumenten und Abliefernachweisbeschaffung
Klar, dass Sie auch Telefongespräche annehmen und bearbeiten
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau)
Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitungsfunktion
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Krankenkassen und/oder im Bereich der Rezeptabrechnung wünschenswert
Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich MS-Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook)
Gute SAP Anwenderkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
