Job Title

Marketing Van Driver

 

The Role
To drive LilaConnect’s branded VW ID Buzz Electric Van around Leigh, Lancashire to create awareness of the company brand.

 

The van would need to be collected from the Keele Offices (ST5 5NH On Keele University Campus), daily, driven to the area of Leigh, and driven around the region (key routes to be determined).

 

At the end of the day, the van would need to be returned to Keele University to use the free on-site charging stations.

 

On occasion, the vehicle may be parked in high foot traffic areas (i.e. Shopping malls and Sports Arenas), driving awareness of the LilaConnect brand. The driver may be required to hand out leaflets/literature and branded merchandise when parked in areas of high footfall.

Paul Parry, Head of Marketing, LilaConnect

 

Key Responsibilities

To drive the van as detailed above, and to act as a brand ambassador for LilaConnect at all times.

Trustworthy, conscientious, friendly and considerate to other road users.

 

Key Skills and Experience

 

Essential

Ø  25 years old + (for insurance purposes)

Ø  Familiar with electric vehicles and charging

 

Desirable

Ø  Experienced driver

Ø  Experience in promotional work

 

 

Qualifications

Ø  Full, clean driving licence

 Freedom Fibre recognise the service provided by recruitment agencies and as such have a Preferred 2nd tier Supplier List, with whom terms of business have been agreed. Only suppliers who have signed up to these terms can place candidates with Freedom Fibre and will receive instruction directly from us to do so.
