About this role

Freddie’s Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with the aim of changing people’s relationships with flowers in an ethical, and sustainable way. We want to challenge the view that flowers are for others or for special occasions, and so we offer a completely different experience to other flower businesses.

Our direct-to-consumer subscription model has been hugely successful in the UK and Germany. We secured significant investment and backing from The Craftory, a purpose-led global investment house, and are about to undertake a new spurt of growth and expansion.

Come and help us spread the joy of flowers to everyone in a fun, fast-paced and collaborative working environment!

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised, energetic, and social person to join our Sales Management Team at Freddie’s Flowers. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our face-to-face sales operation, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to create a smooth, positive experience for the canvassing team every day.

You’ll help oversee the daily flow of our sales shifts - from coordinating logistics to supporting the team on the ground, making sure everything runs efficiently - with the friendly, upbeat spirit we’re known for.

Alongside this, you’ll support our Partnerships Coordinator in discovering and securing brilliant new pop-up locations. Whether it’s a lively market, a fun collaboration, or an unexpected hidden gem, you’ll help us spread the joy of Freddie’s Flowers to more people in new places.

If you enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, like connecting with others, and want to be part of a warm, ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you!

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.
  • Work closely with sales representatives, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.
  • Being the first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors.
  • Researching and identifying new sales opportunities nationwide.
  • Providing support in designing eye-catching flower stands.
  • Assisting with logistics planning and setup/pack-down as required.
  • Circulating weekly acquisition reports.
  • Some weekend work will be required.

Salary: 30K - OTE 33K

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality, willing to muck in and help across the team
  • Holds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a van
  • Cashback on dental and prescriptions
  • Unlimited digital GP consultations
  • Gym discounts
  • EAP access for therapy
  • Free annual eye tests and eyewear vouchers
  • Health and wellbeing sessions with The Mind Clinic
  • Discounted flowers for friends and family
  • Learning and development support
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Weekly lunches
  • And, of course, flowers!

What you'll do

  • Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly. Support the Partnerships Coordinator in discovering and securing new pop-up locations for sales.

About Freddies Flowers

Freddie’s Flowers is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer flower business based in the UK and Germany. It all started with Freddie Garland delivering weekly flowers to his Mum & Dad’s neighbours back in 2015 in a knackered old milk float. Our wonderful team is now delivering thousands of boxes every day, but Freddie’s original idea hasn’t changed - to change people’s relationship with flowers. We want to bring the happiness and joy of arranging and experiencing your own flowers into everyone’s home, and in a way that has as little environmental impact as possible - we’re now a B Corp certified, proving that our love for flowers goes hand-in-hand with our love for the planet. The secret to our success is: We love what we do and we know what the plan is. We work hard to do it brilliantly. We have fun working together.
