These efforts help increase market share and reduce risk for Freddie Mac. We are committed to innovation and excellence, continuously pushing the boundaries to achieve remarkable results<b>.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Your Impact:</b></p><ul><li>Define and champion a clear product vision for fraud detection, analytics, case management, and risk‑mitigation solutions.</li><li>Translate fraud trends, investigator workflows, regulatory expectations, and operational needs into prioritized product features.</li><li>Partner with technology, risk, QC, enterprise fraud, seller/servicer oversight, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, defensible solutions.</li><li>Continuously analyze threats, performance metrics, and user feedback to refine strategy and improve product effectiveness.</li><li>Connect strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across roadmap, delivery, and enterprise fraud‑risk objectives.</li><li>Serve as a subject‑matter voice across Freddie Mac and the industry, offering thought leadership on modern fraud‑risk management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree, preferred.</li><li>10+ years of related product, risk, fraud, or operational experience; 2+ years influencing at a senior or managerial level.</li><li>Strong experience working across matrixed organizations and steering cross‑functional delivery.</li><li>Ability to convert complex compliance or fraud risk challenges into actionable product strategy.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate vision, roadmap, and value clearly to diverse partners.</li><li>Experience with operations systems and workflow; ideally within fraud detection, case management systems, analytics, or compliance technology a plus.</li><li>Skilled in market analysis, trend identification, and modern product management practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Keys to Success:</b></p><ul><li>Relentless curiosity about operational inefficiencies, fraud patterns, and emerging threats.</li><li>Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical reasoning.</li><li>Tenacity and resilience when navigating ambiguity.</li><li>Empathy for investigators, analysts, and end‑users — ensuring product decisions solve real problems.</li></ul></div><p></p><p>We consider all applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, physical and mental disability, pregnancy, ethnicity, genetic information or any other protected categories under applicable federal, state or local laws.
