<p><strong><u>About the Role </u></strong></p>
<p>The Advisory Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering complex IT audit, SOC, and risk advisory engagements across industries. The Manager plays a leadership role in client management, engagement delivery, and practice growth, ensuring adherence to quality standards and firm values. The role requires advanced understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and system assurance frameworks.</p>
<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT audit, SOC 1/SOC 2, and cybersecurity advisory engagements.</li>
<li>Oversee teams conducting IT risk assessments, ITGC and application control testing, and governance reviews.</li>
<li>Ensure engagements align with PCAOB, AICPA, and other regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Develop proposals, project plans, and engagement budgets in collaboration with partners and directors.</li>
<li>Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction across all engagements.</li>
<li>Provide insights on emerging IT risks, cyber regulations, and control improvements.</li>
<li>Mentor and develop professionals, fostering technical excellence and leadership growth.</li>
<li>Contribute to practice development through innovation, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive operational excellence, engagement efficiency, and profitability management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Experience</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Chartered Accountant or CPA or ACCA with 5+ years of experience in IT Audit, Information Security, or related fields.</li>
<li>SSAE 18 / SOC 1 / SOC 2</li>
<li>Sarbanes-Oxley and PCAOB requirements</li>
<li>IT risk assessment / operational IT audit</li>
<li>IT general controls</li>
<li>COBIT framework</li>
<li>PCI</li>
<li>Information security / cyber frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, AICPA, etc.)</li>
<li>HIPAA</li>
<li>Systems development life cycle</li>
