<p class="x_elementToProof">Are you customer service oriented, driven, and want to grow in your IT career? At Frazier & Deeter, you will be part of IT professionals dedicated to serving our firm's needs. With our IT Team located in Atlanta, you will be representing our Team in the Charlotte office. The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide general upkeep and maintenance of our industry-specific systems and equipment and serve as the primary contact for desktop and help desk services. The Help Desk Support Specialist will report directly to the IT support manager.</p>
<p class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring effective team communication</li>
<li>Configure, deploy, and support IT equipment, applications, and systems</li>
<li>Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution</li>
<li>Administer user accounts, including provisioning/deprovisioning</li>
<li>Improve IT workflows and documentation with the team</li>
<li>Offer in-person IT support, including setup and takedown of components</li>
<li>Handle local site moves, new hires, and workstation setup</li>
<li>Develop and implement automation scripts for IT efficiency</li>
<li>Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management and security</li>
<li>Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning</li>
<li>Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for configuration/troubleshooting</li>
<li>Identify automation opportunities and enhance workflows</li>
<li>Provide remote Intune support, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Requirements: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with automation tools (PowerShell).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of endpoint security policies and compliance enforcement via Intune.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts for IT support tasks.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud-based IT management solutions (Azure AD, Intune, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in automated workflows and system integrations.</li>
