Our team members have the opportunity to be involved in global consulting and advisory client facing roles in a fast growing and exciting new business in India, which is part of our established and highly regarded accountancy firms in the US and UK.</p> <p><strong><u>About the Role </u></strong></p> <p>The Finance Senior Executive will support the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and the smooth execution of banking and vendor-related activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across finance and compliance functions.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accuracy of financial figures in Zoho and other accounting systems</li> <li>Perform variance analysis between estimated quarterly figures and actuals</li> <li>Assist in monthly payroll processing, including IT deductions under old/new regimes</li> <li>Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly</li> <li>Provide weekly updates on cash flow and upload AP payments</li> <li>Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) for timely collections</li> <li>Maintain and monitor the tax calendar for monthly and quarterly compliance</li> <li>Review GST, TDS, PF, and PT figures prior to submission</li> <li>Ensure timely payment of statutory dues to avoid penalties</li> <li>Assist FM to provide financial data and documentation for statutory audits</li> <li>Coordinate with auditors, Business Support Team, and Company Secretary for audit and compliance requirements</li> <li>Assist in organizing Board Meetings and AGM</li> <li>Prepare documentation for inward and outward remittances and other bank-related tasks</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors for timely payment processing and resolve queries</li> <li>Review and process business travel and other expense claims</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field</li> <li>2–4 years of experience in finance operations or similar role</li> <li>Knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT) and payroll processes</li> <li>Proficiency in accounting software</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Problem-solving and coordination skills</li> <li>Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What FD offers</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Clear career growth path within the firm</li> <li>Personal and professional skills development and training support</li> </ul>
