We’re opening a brand-new Everlast Gym in Dublin and we’re searching for a General Manager who’s ready to OWN IT from day one.

As the leader of a new club, you’ll shape everything: the culture, the standards, the energy, and the overall member experience. You’ll build and develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional service on the gym floor, and drive all commercial metrics to create a thriving, successful club.

  • Salary: €37,000 - 50,000 depending on experience with an OTE bonus of up to £8,400 per annum

Job Description

Lead the Launch

  • Build a high-performing team from the ground up
  • Create a culture of energy, accountability, and service excellence
  • Own your club’s opening standards - presentation, process, and performance

Drive Commercial Performance

  • Grow membership base and retention through exceptional service, sales activity and smart planning
  • Maximise secondary spend and all revenue streams
  • Use data, insights, and KPIs to keep performance ahead of target

Deliver Elevated Member Experiences

  • Be a visible, energetic leader on the gym floor
  • Ensure every interaction - from reception to workout - feels personal and professional
  • Maintain immaculate presentation, cleanliness and safety standards

Operate with Precision

  • Deliver all operational processes on time and to the highest standard
  • Oversee Health & Safety, risk management, and pool plant operations
  • Embed national campaigns like #WorkoutWednesday, while living and breathing our brand values and ways of working, driving full team engagement, always

Lead, Coach & Develop

  • Give consistent, constructive feedback
  • Support your team’s growth through development plans and training

Motivate your people through challenges with a fearless, solutions-driven attitude

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year’s management experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to adapt your style
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to drive results through people
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-first mindset
  • Positivity, resilience, and a fearless attitude to problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
  • Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)
  • Experience supporting or delivering new site openings (desirable)
