About this role

Company Description

This is a full-time leadership role, accountable for the overall performance and daily running of your club. You’ll set the tone for excellence across sales, service, and operations, driving all commercial areas while delivering an exceptional experience for every member, every visit.

As the face of Everlast Gyms, you’ll lead by example on the gym floor and reception, own high standards in every area, and inspire your team to deliver results. With a sharp eye for detail and a fearless, solutions-driven mindset, you’ll take full ownership of KPIs, people development, and operational consistency.

Job Description

What you'll do

Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, and elevate a high-performing team, giving regular, constructive feedback to maximise potential.

Drive Commercial Success: Own all revenue lines – memberships, PT, secondary spend. Maximise overall profitability.

Elevate Member Experience: Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium environment that enhances every member interaction.

Operate with Excellence: Oversee all sales and operational processes, ensuring company standards and central initiatives (FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, MOVE) are delivered at the highest level.

Champion Standards: Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, and presentation – whether you’re on shift or not.

Be Resilient & Agile: Quickly adapt to challenges, find solutions, and support your team through change.

Compliance & Safety: Manage policies, procedures, Health & Safety, and pool plant operations in line with guidelines.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

Level 2 & 3 Fitness Qualification (desirable)

Strong leadership qualities with adaptability in communication & management style

A member-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills

Commercial awareness and the drive to exceed targets

Positivity, ambition, and a fearless approach to challenges

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
