Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the financial service industry--asset management, trust banks, banks, life insurers, casualties, securities-- or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Global and local legal and compliance knowledge
- A wide range of knowledge in asset management and investment business overall
- High level of these abilities; presentation, negotiation, teamwork, communication, self-management especially on time and task, self-starting, proactive actions, flexibility of communication
- High passion to build relationship with global colleagues
- High motivation to exceed budgets and high accountability
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- CFA, CMA, CFP, MBA, or equivalent knowledge of securities and investment
- Business level English—TOEIC 860 or equivalent, or very high passion to go beyond the level
- Presentation, risk management or any other licenses, skills and/or knowledges which are related to this position
