About the Department:


The Operational Due Diligence team strengthens the firm’s investment risk management framework by assessing operational risks across external investment managers. The team partners with investment, risk, and vendor groups to maintain a consistent diligence process. New joiners gain exposure to global managers, structured review cycles, and a collaborative environment focused on accuracy and risk awareness.

How You Will Add Value?


Core Responsibilities:

  • You will review vendor due‑diligence assessments and share recommendations.

  • You will monitor adverse media alerts and advise on required actions.

  • You will manage the Form ADV tracker and highlight material changes.

  • You will update manager exposure analyses to support assessment planning.

  • You will evaluate overlap between internal and vendor assessments.

Assessment & Review Cycle Management:

  • You will identify reassessment timelines based on risk and age of review.

  • You will join vendor status meetings and track assessment progress.

Communication & Coordination:

  • You will review and respond to manager communications.

  • You will work with internal teams to support due‑diligence workflow execution.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?


Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.

  • At least 5 years of experience in due diligence or related disciplines.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information.

  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
