About the Department


Our Collateral and Derivatives Management team ensures accurate margining, risk mitigation, and compliance with global standards. We work closely with trading desks, legal teams, and external partners to manage complex transactions efficiently. Joining us offers exposure to financial markets, process optimization, and opportunities to lead impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Complex Securities Support Team is supporting the research and onboarding of new instruments. We also support senior management with evaluating use of these instruments across our portfolios.

How You Will Add Value

As part of the Collateral Management Team:

  • You will ensure margin requirements are met within custodian and account deadlines.

  • You will collaborate with Front and Middle Office teams on collateral selection and optimization.

  • You will reconcile positions and collateral for derivatives to ensure accurate reporting.

  • You will assess collateral risk and manage counterparty exposure.

  • You will liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

  • You will maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and clearing members.

  • You will lead derivatives and collateral-related projects and propose innovative solutions.

As part of the Complex Securities Support Team:

  • You will support research and onboarding of new complex instruments.

  • You will support assessment of operational readiness to support complex instruments.

  • You will interact with senior management and experts from across the company on matters related to complex instruments.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

  • Knowledge of Excel macros (VBA), SQL or other data analytic/transformation tools is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to lead projects and manage complex workflows.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Education

  • Prior experience in derivatives or collateral management preferred.

  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment industry.
